William N. Blanchard

William N. Blanchard has proven expertise in general management and project development across a wide range of industries, including aerospace, defense, communications, finance and systems engineering. He has successfully managed consulting projects for Lockheed Martin, Loral, Motorola and the World Bank. Mr. Blanchard heads the Corporate Development practice at Taylor & Dodge.

Prior to joining Taylor & Dodge, Mr. Blanchard was Senior Vice President of Business Development at a major division of Lockheed Martin, President of Loral Space and Range Systems and Vice President of Network Engineering at Ford Aerospace. He received his Ph.D., M.S. and B.S. degrees from Stanford University.

Barbara J. Greaves

Barbara J. Greaves leads the Corporate Real Estate division of Taylor & Dodge. She has over 20 years of experience counseling major corporations and financial institutions in solving complex real estate problems and maximizing returns from real estate assets. Ms. Greaves has managed leasing programs for large office complexes, negotiated the purchase and sale of property around the U.S. and provided valuations and advice on real estate portfolios held by investors and users. She was one of the first women to found a successful commercial real estate advisory firm in New York City.

The primary industry sectors in which Ms. Greaves has worked include financial services, insurance, legal, manufacturing, consumer products and advertising. She has successfully completed projects for GE Capital, Bank of America, the Rockefeller Foundation, IBM, Pierre Cardin and Orion Pictures (now MGM). Ms. Greaves attended Cornell University and received her advanced real estate certifications from the New York University Real Estate Institute.

Richard H. Seraydarian

Richard H. Seraydarian joined Taylor & Dodge after 25 years of experience as a senior Human Resources executive at Fortune 50 companies, including IBM and Lockheed Martin. He specializes in restructuring, rationalizing and right-sizing major corporate units and operational divisions. His corporate responsibilities have included human resources, administration, operations, real estate and facilities management.

Mr. Seraydarian has led the consolidation and disposition of major corporate properties throughout the U.S., including leased and owned facilities, machinery and equipment. Mr. Seraydarian also has extensive experience in merger integration and in developing new systems and processes to manage re-engineered businesses. He received his bachelor's degree from Penn State University and served as a First Lieutenant in the U.S. Army.

Paul E. Konney

Currently a Senior Advisor at Taylor & Dodge, Paul E. Konney has served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of three Fortune 500 Companies: The Estee Lauder Companies Inc., Quaker State Corporation and Tambrands Inc. He began his legal career at the law firm of Debevoise & Plimpton in New York City. He has extensive experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions and merger integration. He has been the lead negotiator on a number of major intellectual property licenses.

A graduate of Harvard University, Mr. Konney received his J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He is currently preparing a life sciences company in Southern California for a liquidity event.

Tyler W. Konney

As Vice President of Taylor & Dodge, Tyler W. Konney leads its Global Media Group. Prior to joining Taylor & Dodge, he worked at Merrill Lynch in its New York City world headquarters and in Los Angeles, where he gained his experience in film finance. Mr. Konney attended the University of Southern California.
